To work your thighs: Step 1: Lie on a mat on your back. Step 2: Bend your knees around 45 degrees. Your feet should be flat on the floor. Step 3: Place the thigh toner between your inner thighs. The thigh toner should be positioned so that it looks like an inverted "V". Step 4: Squeeze your legs together. Even if the thigh toner moves just a few centimeters, you will still work your thigh muscles. Work to press strongly so that the thigh toner continues to move inwards when you use the device over time. Step 5: Complete 15 to 20 repetitions. To increase intensity, perform slow repetitions or pause at the top of the squeeze motion during each repetition.
